MCCs
Our motor control centers feature a multi-cubicle design and each MCC is tailor-made to the customer’s specific requirements. Individual compartments of varying heights depending upon the equipment installed are designed to be of either fixed or withdraw able pattern, intelligent if required, with front or rear cable access, up to and including Form 4

LV Distribution Boards/Composite Sub Boards/Final Distribution Boards
LV Distribution Boards
LV distribution boards are available up to and including 7.000 amps and, if required, can accommodate package sub units complete with transformers. The main LV boards incorporate air circuit breakers and bus couplers, moulded case circuit breakers, fuse switches and, if required, mechanical and electrical interlocking on incomers. Metering is available with BMS interfacing where appropriate and power factor correction units can also be supplied.

Boards are designed to suit various fault levels and cabling requirements, with front or rear cable access, top or bottom cable entry and specialist copper work to accommodate incoming and outgoing main connections.

Composite Sub Boards
We can offer a range of composite sub distribution boards consisting of combinations of fuse switches, moulded case or miniature circuit breaker boards coupled together to form a composite panel. Again metering is available if required. Composite sub boards can be manufactured to suit either wall or floor mounting.

Final Distribution Boards
The final distribution boards are designed for wall or floor mounting made in stainless steel, mild steel or PVC to suit varying environments. They contain single and three phase miniature circuit breaker operators (MCBs) and residual current breaker operators (RCBOs) with 4 pole options if required and full discrimination studies available on request.
